I know little about this field. But I do know that I personally (age 64) have gone from telephone usage for my banking, brokerage, etc. to the computer and internet for everything that I need. TSIS may be doing very well now but just like Chase Manhattan, they should be duplicating their service on the Internet or they are going to lose a load of folks.
