ah yes, but how about some more cheer leader propaganda for the other team?

But a similar system from the software giant Microsoft and from First Data Corp.-- developed as a joint electronic billing and payment venture called MSFDC -- is less than six months from market, said Jessica Ostrow, MSFDC's vice president of marketing. The rollout of the venture has been pushed back to later this year. Employees of a few client companies are helping work out the system's kinks, Ostrow said.

Okay, let's say six months. Six months from today. But it was slated for early this year. No?

When shall we hear about the next push back?

Re Atlanta Constitution article: It looks to me as though the new P.R. lady is doing a nice job. My guess is she wasted no time selling the local paper on CKFR's prospects, with the result being the story Benny found. This is step one -- now that Atlanta clip can be passed around to other, out-of-town reporters. This will be a good counterweight to some of the inaccurate MSFDC hype that has appeared elsewhere.

Of course, the BEST CKFR p.r. is MSFDC's continuing failure to deliver a real product.

Nice find, Benny. Thanks.

Benny,
Why would Florida Light and Power not advertise. what benefit do they gain from having only 1,000 out of 3.6 million paying on line. Is this indicative of future trends? Is there something that we may be overlooking?

Benny,

Its surprising that they mention Karl Keirstead from Lehman in the AccessAtlanta article because he is not bullish on Checkfree these days and is presurring the stock downward. Atleast he is not leaning toward MSFDC.
