Rehash of old news. But we now know the name of the lab and the date the results will be in (Sept), but I thought we were talking Aug originally! Just maybe we'll start getting a little price action before the results are in, in anticipation of good news? Maybe? ;>)

Pretty exciting news to me! Here are a couple of interesting points to keep in mind...

1. >>It is anticipated that results from this latest round of studies will provide Biomoda with the data necessary to conclude major marketing and distribution agreements with several major partners in the United States and abroad.<<

2. >>The results of this blind study will be presented to recognized medical journals and will provide the third-party verification necessary for presentation to the national media.<<

All it takes is ONE major news media to grab hold of this and it could really fly!

And Biomoda says they are happy to answer questions from the media.

Best wishes,
Brad

THANKS DEXX for posting the PR. It's possible ADOT has waited until they recd' information that the testing is going well to release this one(PR).I hope so.

I continue to like the way ADOT management outlines future steps ie. " The results of this blind-study will be (1)presented to RECOGNIZED MEDICAL JOURNALS and will provide the third party verification necessary for (2)presentation to the NATIONAL MEDIA."

I think Brad is right-on about Biomoda sprouting wings and taking off. When this hits the national media it'll lift ADOT off the ground with it so fast and far we'll need a telescope to locate it.
It's just a matter of time.

John

After making an e-mail inquiry to Biomoda two weeks ago I received this back Monday, July, 13, 1998. A little insight for everyone here. Any questions can be directed to my e-mail address: tsclaw@cybertrails.com

Dear Mr. Clawson,

As a courtesy, I will respond to your inquiry. I am the CEO of BioModa.

ADOT owns a little over 21% of BioModa. They have options, which if
exercised,
would bring the total to about 27%.

BioModa does not own, and was not offered any ADOT stock.

I don't know where these idiotic rumors come from, but there is no
relationship
between the officers of ADOT and the officers of BioModa, nor has there ever
been. Mr. Robins and I are both members of the Jewish community in
Albuquerque
and I did meet him briefly some years ago. Other than that, he and I don't
know each other in the slightest.

Yes, BioModa is well over a year away from being profitable, barring BioModa's
outright purchase by one of the major pharmaceutical companies with whom we
are currently in discussion regarding R&D projects, there can be no expected
returns on any BioModa investment within the next year.

I don't mean to be rude, but I was must tell you that my having to deal with
this rumor mongering is getting tiresome. I am the CEO of a small company
with an enormous task ahead of it. I do not have the time, energy or patience
to deal with these repeated inquiries, which to date have been complete
nonsense. We are a privately held company partly so that we do not have to
deal with the issues that publicly held companies have to contend with.

I hope that this e-mail answers your questions.

Sincerely,

Ari Ma'ayan
President/CEO
BioModa Inc.
