Great Scott! My thoughts on this Y2K contract: 1. Another factory solution deal for IAIC for assessment, planning and remediation.. 2. More proof that cos. continue to outsource their Y2K needs. 3. Emphasis on tie-in with Computer Associates. 4. Full Y2K services available. Aside from remediation, IAIC provides assessment, testing and consulting services, among other services. Good timing for these recent Y2K deals going into the institutional investors conference and Q2/98 EPS report. Great job on those e-mails with IAIC. Regards. Elliot
