No. No. No. No. Not Del and the apples! George, me, and the apples. Let me not drag others into areas they are not involved with. I re-read my note, and can fully understand how my flimsy phrasing invited misinterpretation. It meant that I projected my apple ritual, and another one where some kind of food could or could not be eaten on a particular day because if was (one of a multitude) Buddha's birthday. These exposures came after my first encounters with atman, or something like that. If they had come before, I might have been frightened off. Keep exposing youself to the lurkers. I love it. Important post script: I failed to say that I fully understand how Christine's messages would invite your participation in the thread! I am convinced that this woman, my denmother, has the Buddha-Spirit. There is a thriving harmony sought in almost every one of her major positions. But she has such a great Search capacity that she insists on documenting, down to the nitty, almost every point she is making. And documentation is the product of others which, I himbly feel, does not rise to the level of her naked positions. (And it should be flattering to her that I boldly mention her naked positions.) g
