Count me in, Tom. At the very least, there are criminal charges that can be brought against the the officers of the company and its Board, personally, for obvious failings to properly apprise investors of the situation. I can't believe the hit today, although I do believe that the price will rebound somewhat. As to RPG's observation, he still doesn't get the fact that he's been had. And where are the others who failed to support taking greater control over the company at last year's shareholders meeting? Now is the time to consolidate our constituency, as many of us have advocated for quite some time, and take control of the company. We won't know if there is anything to salvage until we get an inside look and begin to exercise some sound business controls.
