George; I am in full agreement with you.
If one is short NVX because they see the situation different than i do that is fine with me. I can't wish them success because that is wishing myself failure. But i do try to benefit from what they have to say and on occasion they have made me brush up on my homework. I hope i have helped them in the same way.
At this point as is obvious to everyone here I am very very confortable with my long position in NVX.
Given that NVX had all but the site approval wrapped up several months ago in this long FDA approval process and the Company has stated as of yesterday that the receipt of the final approval is down to anyday now I would say the risk of being short has gone up astronomically.
This is their window to cover IMO.
CERTIVA is going to sell well beyond any of the expectations that were part of the many analyst reports. The follow up products are going to come to market a lot faster than what has been projected. Top that off with the most likely scenario of a buyout by Abbott and I'd say Shorting NVX is very risky business.
I do agree with you George . I don't think of those who are short NVX as evil because they are short NVX. I do think of them as evil if they try to distort the NVX story in order to manipulate the stock.
Some time soon we'll have a clearer picture to work with. :-}
