I called the New York Better Business Bureau and they had no complaints on file for an access wall street. All that says is that they havn't done anything sleezy. Looking up records of incorporation on line for New York, are not possible at this time. The only way to do it now is go in person to the secretary of states office in person. I would also need verification as to which state the origional company was incorporated. These days I am surprised if a company isn't incorporated in Florida, Nevada, or Deleware.
