Yes buys. Don't know why the MM's have not moved the ask up. I will copy a log here ,but I'm getting a bunch of double entries on my log so pay attention to the times shown on the trades and when you see two trades at the same time for the same price, it really only one. A little confusing I know but for some reason this happens a lot of bb stocks.
