Hello Ernie and Everyone,

Well, my take on the publically traded is more along the lines of us
being bought by one but I'm not ruling out us buying or aligning with
one either at the same time. I've not been thru a situation where a
company I was in(like DCI)wasn't listed and bot a company that was. If that were to happen, do you have any experience in that arena as
to how all that would work out? Would we keep their name for the
listing or could we change their name after we buy them? I don't
know at this time.

I am hoping to hear something on the Locus situation soon. The last
I heard, the lawyers were arguing about sentence structure(G). If I
hear anything else, I'll let you know. Waiting is lleh<GGGGGGGG>.

Lou

Why is it important to state that the 4 interested companies are "PUBLICALLY TRADED"?

Ernie:

I read the "publically traded" phrase as a possible distinction from the Locus deal, which is a private company. That is, whatever discussions are taking place are in addition to the Locus pursuit. It seems that DCI management has selected to maintain a "tight lips" policy on Locus, at least in this last press release. In the past, they have mentioned pending deals. I'm not suggesting that the deal has fallen through; rather, that management may have selected to take a different tack in this case. The negotiations may be at a very delicate juncture at this point, so maybe they don't want to risk unnecessary problems. Just some speculations.
