am hoping to hear something on the Locus situation soon. The last I heard, the lawyers were arguing about sentence structure(G). If I hear anything else, I'll let you know. Waiting is lleh. Lou, I was involved with a merger of a private company and a Nasdaq Small cap stock. The private company was much larger. When they merged, the new company took the name of the private company, but maintained the Nasdaq Small Cap listing. They are in the process of becoming listed as a regular Nasdaq stock. I believe one of the reasons for the private company merging with the smaller company was to gain access to Nasdaq without going through the hassle of becoming listed. I am sure others are much more knowledge about this. Jewel
