Larry,

>>Heck, maybe my estimate of 130-135 is way too bearish on DELL<<

Maybe so, I was thinking more like $120. But look how the
market dealt with INTC. It's obvious that liquidity is
too high for Money Managers to handle. They have no
choice but to put money to work. But to be safe, they'll
put it in big caps. Haven't checked out the details on CPQ.

Also, after the Internet craze of last week, investor's are
more comfortable with higher P/E's.

I haven't decided yet if I want to sell DELL soon. It will
depend on how much liquidity is still out there.

Also, DELL cranks in earnings. I believe it will prove
itself another quarter. This adds a lot to keeping the
price up...same as in MSFT.

>>...and believe that a pullback is imminent.<<

I don't see a heavy pullback (more than 8 pts).
Not that it couldn't happen in the next hour, but there
are no big world worries in my immediate horizon. If
I see one (I thought INTC would be one), then my trigger
finger is on the DELL sell switch.

What kind of pullback are you seeing and why?

joe

It's only a matter of time Larry. I see DELL around 130-140 in Aug too. I just had too much in my portfolio and needed to pair some back. I did short a nice chunk of ZITL junk today at an avg of about $7.78 Ready to average up. Also bought more Aug 30 COMS calls.

Larry, good call on Dell. I liked it all along but my plans have me in to other stocks that are reporting this week. Next week, hopefully there will be some kind of pullback and maybe I can enter dell then. I can't believe anyone could be so dumb as to be shorting dell. I agree it's a safe long till it's cap hits 100B. I got out of my msft jul calls but still have some aug calls and I'm trying to decide how to play them. Do you think msft will go up from here still or is this it? While other stocks are exploding, msft looks to be stuck at 117. I don't want to be too greedy, msft is already my biggest winner ever and makes up singlehandedly for my many prior mistakes. Still I kind of suspect that msft may make a run to 125 before topping out. Intel moving up after earnings is a good sign, so perhaps msft will make a little run on Friday. What do you think?
