FYI......Fidelity still hasn't delivered the rest of my shares..... Talked to Sitra today. Audited Financials are due to be released sometime next week. Form 10 still being processed. My guess is that they are still preparing a resubmission based on clarifying questions received. They were probably given this request sometime in May or June (they filed late April). Once received, they probably had 30 days to respond. After the Edgarized re-submission is received by the SEC and approved, the company will be fully reporting. My guess is that we are looking at August-September timeframe for achieving reporting status. They are probably going to have to now include 2Q figures in their revised filing, which could also lead to a delay. I'm not an accountant by trade, but I've followed this process with other BB's so we shall see. We may be close to announcing a new outside director from New York. Perhaps a week or two away. That's just my read from talking to Sitra. I asked about other matters, and received couched responses. RV sales negotiations, revised whole year estimates, etc. Re-hashed the dividend/private placement issue, Florida expansion, etc. Nothing new to report. Mark
