Hi, let's call it Open Hi Field to clarify the subject. Fonar will have to prove to new investors that they can sell these operating rooms & of course, the Quad's. I am long, very longgggg...Fonar. ;-)

Dont follow the logic. If the fonar patents protect against others getting into the .6 and greater non superconducting open magnet, by design, then Fonar would not have had to pay (by way of a lower settlement) to keep Toshiba out. And I very much doubt that Toshiba would have signed away the right to build and market any future but as yet unknown innovations.
