You are right. It is probably much ado about nothing, but I found it a little odd. They have been saying they won't comment on that for a long time and now all of a sudden it is an option. Could be nothing.

How do you think some of the stockholders would respond to a sale price of less than $20 when the company was buying stock back at those levels. A lawyers dream.
