Sneaky I just verified the stock structure but I could only get two specifics.

From the FORM 10-QSB/A

As of March 31, 1998, there were 10,028,485 shares of the Issuer=s Common Stock, no par value, outstanding.

From the Transfer Agent

Outstanding 17,951,066
Restricted 6,204,400

So based on this the float is 11,746,666

This basically confirms the SEC filings I have been tallying for the last three hours with all the prefer and registered stock. I am not aware of anything that reduces this down to 7.5 Million but I will continue to check and see what is possibly the reduction is.

Now unless there is something I do not know that reduces this amount of float I am going have to stick with this.

Sneak,

Ira Monas once said, that he has 2 big people waiting to buy many shares....once the volume increases. (I asked him if I could tell other people about the two major investors buying shares, and he said yes.) Well the volume has increased to a good level, so I expect them to be buying shares soon.

That is all! I feel that the main reason they have waited for the volume to increase...is to prevent the stock from exploding, just because of their buying.
