Hmmm looks like they used 171 mil for diluted shares according to Bruce.. That is a big jump. Which means that they included the 22.4 mil worth of convertible notes.

Looks like I'll have to write up that article on convertible notes and explain the whole deal. I thought that since AAPL traded under $29.205 on June 26th they wouldn't have to include those but I guess they did since we did trade above that briefly in May.
