That is VERY good info to know. Thanks for the DD.

Also, what kind of info can you get from a transfer agent?

Cheryl, I just went to read AOL Glow thread and who do I find but Bob Davis with his speel over there. Will these people ever understand that many of us are looking for non reporting companies that have great potential so we can accumulate shares at pennies today and hold or sell for dollars tomorrow. And sure, not all become winners. That's why we bet on more than one company. We know there are failures. If I'm drowning at sea, yes, please save me. But do not save me on the BB threads. Appreciate your fine effort to inform us rather than save us. Warm regards, Dave

Cheryl,

There are a couple of issues that I would like to understand better about GLOW. After all, although this company is a non-reporting OTC BB company, I may have been overly hasty in consigning it to the "Blivit List"....

I'd really like to see answers to the following questions:

1. What is the purported nature of the possible relationship between GLOW and Dominica?

2. What "value-add" is GLOW bringing to the venture? What services will it purportedly provide to the venture?

3. What capabilities does GLOW need to carry out these services? Does GLOW have these capabilities now?

4. What are the financial resources currently available to GLOW, and are they adequate to fund this effort?

5. Why is the Government of Dominica dealing with GLOW when it appears that there are intermediaries on Dominica which are in the business of setting up virtual casinos on the island?

Looking forward to your reply.

Bob Davis
