Jeffrey, Questions...I have just one. It is not that I'm bored with all the talk about splits, since Gary tells me that W holders get zip and all I have these days is Ws. After all, 0 split or multiplied still = 0 anyway. We have no product. No product = 0. So I'm mainly interested in your number one question. 1. What and when will something come into this shell now? I asked some how questions yesterday but got a null response.

1. What and when will something come into this shell now? They are in talks is all I know at the present. Hopefully soon but it has only been 5 days since the LT has cleaned up that portion of the stock moving it out of the way so an acquistion can come in. 2. Is is time to avg down some more??? That is up to each investor. 3. What will become of the stop transfers? That is Mark's decision however I do not see how anyone that can lift them since the were placed because of 4 violations of SEC rules and regulations 4. When will DF and affiliates have to cover these stop transfers if the DTC or SEC says to? That is up to the DTC /SEC and DF's Brokers compliance departments that sold the stock and warrants 5. How many Ws,Ps, and commons will have to be bought back if 4 happens? Exact number is unknown 6. What's up with the new TA? Do not know if they got the records yet I tried to call today and did not reach Caroline for verification 7. Once the new TA comes on board will that effect the buy back of DF and affiliates? Not at all the stops are being transfered too and DF has no influence over this new TA. The new TA is one Mark bought on board. Hope this helps. GB
