We have been over this for weeks. Please reread the thread. There has been no dilution of the stock. And the number of shares in the float is a non-issue at these prices. AWS/IT is going to make so much dang money along with the affordable housing program and the videophones that this thing is going to justify itself.

If there had been shares entering the mkt. I believe the MM's would have taken the bid down and picked up shares as cheaply as possible. That is usually what happens when 144 shares hit the market. And if John followed guide lines from sec on using shares for purchasing they should have at least 1 yr restriction on them. This is also how any reg s shares should be done.Believe the 12 mo. restriction law was past last year and it covers otc stocks. Now if they used a debenture thingie than who knows. But I have heard nothing about debentures being used.
Very little selling of shares today. I'm amazed that MM's were willing to sell so many shares at .049 without raising the ask.

Belle, I watched the ticker most of the day, it was mostly buys, and in big blocks. If someone were selling large quantities into the buying today, it would have gone off at the bid. I saw very few trades go off at the bid, and only one big block (an odd amount, something like 118,700). So IMO, there was no large dump off from someone today. The MM's really did hold it down today. Also, this was not typical of PRWT. Normally, when we have had large buying, the stock goes close to .06 or over, rising a penny or so, then selling comes in, and we fall back to .05. Today, we just sat at around .048/.049 all day. I have heard that this happened once before when the stock was at .015, shortly after, the stock ran to .125 in 3 days (I think). I wouldn't mind a repeat performance :-)
