What a martyr you are! It must be a heavy load carrying the mantle of truth around with you all the time!

You make it sound like MINE people are trying to hide something. Anyone who spends one hour on this thread soon finds out all the pro's and con's about this stock.

Your condascending attitude towards newcomers will only turn them off to your message !!!

Hey rjbac. Why does everyone need your interpretation of the facts? Do you work in the White House? You, like the current inhabitants of the W.H. think you have a better understanding of the TRUTH than any one else? I don't know about others, but I find it offensive and condescending that you think we don't have the cognitive ability to read and understand public information. Why must we have your WARNINGS? Your message is so full of cliche's, there isn't an original thought in it!

Give me a break!

rjbac - your argument really has no foundation.

stating that the May 22 press realease has no basis in fact SIMPLY because the SEC is thinking about filing charges against GE for misrepresentation (i.e. false information) is - in simplest terms - wrong, and bad form. the SEC stepped in because the numbers were unusual...extreme, if you will. In addition, TT did a good thing, in light of the company's past dealings with the SEC, by stating that investors should proceed with caution...yes, do your own DD, and make your own choices - you know the risks...

Hi everyone -- P. Denton asked a bunch of questions (post#9693) 1) About the Trites report -- yes there's a report. No it's not available as the company never released the information. They thought it would be a better idea to have it confirmed as everyone would claim they were trying to be tricky and pull a fast one. 2) Albert Trites, and Guido Paravicini as well, are not "with" GE. They are independent geologist available for hire by any paying customer. 3) I don't know if Guido was brought in to "check" Albert Trites' work -- but he was brought in to conduct more analysis of the concessions. 4) I don't know if they (Paravicini and Trites) worked together -- but I don't think so. 5) I also don't know much about Mr. Viscara -- I believe he worked directly for the company. I do know Terry has great respect for the man. I did ask Terry about Alvaro Riveros and his owning GE stock (I get phone questions about that) Mr. Riveros did business as a private businessman with GE before he held his current title of Vice-Minister of Natural Resources (he is not the Vice-Minister of Mines). MoneyMade asked about contacting Terry directly. Unfortunately, Terry is extremely busy and not able to spend much time directly with investors. He is kept up to date on questions and concerns from phone calls and this thread. He has been excellent about responding to the press, and I believe his time and energies are focused on the proper matters of making this project work for the company and its shareholders. As far as a shareholders meeting goes I don't know of any plans for one. As far as getting back on the BB, GE is working on that but I have no idea when it will happen. Right now the company is focused on getting the financials filed (no I don't know when they'll be out) and getting the third party verification going and completed. Larry Hart asked about "reports that a 3rd party mining company is on location." No, that is not true. Anyway, enjoy your evening -- Guy Murrel (murrelpr@aol.com)
