Even if more people used the internet, the phone would still represent an excellent market...
Think of it this way - with all the cost-effective public transport in the US...cars are still preferred.
Some things never change, or change very slowly. People love their phones and the things they can do with it. Despite having the web, I still use the phone AND IVR-type systems ALL THE TIME. Sometimes its easier, sometimes I work on the web and on the phone simultaneously, other times...who knows?
The phone is still important...and will be for years to come.
