A number of people have posted that Daniel Dror is a problem guy.
Maybe he is or maybe he is a genius. Business and political history are full of guys who failed on a number of occasions and came back to be exceptional and then flopped again. One of my favorites is Billy Durant, he basically founded General Motors. He put GM together and then they kicked him out, he came back from that and ended up as a bowling alley manager. Recently William Agee did great at Bendix, tried to takeover Martin Marietta, they took over Bendix instead and then he went on to run Kerr McGee and was run out of town basically. Lee Iacocca was bounced from Ford and did great at Chrysler. Currently, Chain Saw Al did great at Scott and got bounced at Sunbeam. Who knows if Mr Dror is going to be a genius this time or not. Maybe he has the right experiences in his past to do very well this time. Maybe he is hell bent to make this one work or maybe not. So far it looks to me like he is making quite an effort at building a company.

Since Daniel Dror is using SFE as his ideal example of what he wants to achieve for EDII perhaps we ought to take a look at SFE and see what has become of them...

Don't you think it might be more appropriate to take a look at what's happened to the companies Dror's run in the past?

Go ahead: MCTL, KLVU, and who knows the eventual fate of Nestle-Lemur? Don't miss those SEC filings I recommended, either.
