the message you read was forward from aol forum post SOWL had a message to the board which was very bullish and must have said a few things he wasn't suppose to. contract with the soviet union on the space program contract nego. with brazil as in a done deal etc. if you are a member of aol go to PLFM forum posted i think 7/14 losing my memory in my old age but i will say this i have been following his post for along time now and he has not been wrong so far you make the call good luck !!

If there was a signed contract, the smart money would be driving this stock higher. Perhaps Howard is upset because Sowl lied or is relaying a lie that he thinks is true.
