No, you can surmise that I believe the current stock price sucks and I am not thrilled about it. I have no idea whether there is bad news on the horizon. But if I were to speculate I would say there are three possibilities:
1. there is bad news coming and some one knows and is acting on it.
2. the infighting between the pro-conventional and pro-unconventional factions has created a lot of confusion and dismay among shareholders prompting someone to say 'enough is enough, I'm out'.
3. someone is spreading rumours and selling the stock in an effort to try to panic the shareholders into taking some action to their liking.

I have no idea which of the these three is the answer. I listed them in what I believe is the order of probability.

Henry, are we to surmise that you believe bad news is on the horizon???

Well, one could easily conjecture the the bad news is not on the horizon. It's already HERE! The market certainly thinks so.

So let me describe the following scenario--bearing in mind that this is just conjecture coming from my paranoid mind. I make no claim to knowing exactly what is going on--and I sure I hope I'm wrong.

1. The "steady stream" of information is not forthcoming because the results are not good---so they are being "sat" on.
2. The renewed interest in J/L is another attempt (maybe desperate) to keep this leaky ship afloat.
3. But the investment community does not like "black box" technology. So if J/L is the answer, it will have to be proven by actually producing PM's with good recovery costs; and then maybe the investment community will take notice--and apparently J.L is a long way from taking it from the lab to a pilot plant.
4. There are no secrets.
5. Sufficient people know of this situation to impact the market.

PL;EASE SOMEBODY---DISAGREE WITH ME AND PROVE ME WRONG!!!
