As Goethe said, and I paraphrase, "Hope is the Nourishment of the Young". -g-

Re: IFC Newsletter, Mike, very interesting reading. Thanks.

CNBC analysts were talking about Japan investors being able to invest in the U.S. instead of having to put up with 1% interest on their savings. Thus, with more funds coming into the U.S. market, I guess we can expect frothier levels, right?

By the way, when are you going to be a guest commentator on CNBC. It sure would shake up things if a good contrarian's view was presented.

There seems no letup in the tons of cash, internationally, that is flooding our market. I guess the money has got to go somewhere.

Any thoughts on when, or if, the party is going to be over?

Thanks, Bob

Mike:

What a nice piece(g).

One the way to and fro the SI homepage, I noticed a slew of new
sites, and a bunch of clever chat monikers.

Nothing personal, but I enjoyed the tour almost as much as your article.

The word above, folks, is moniker, so please no Monica jokes.
