enjoy it while you can, since all recent acquisitions value edutainment software companies approx 2x sales...

unless you believe TLC will actually be profitable in Q3/98...oops
that was the analysts forecast last Feb...when a.s.p.'s had stabilized, margins were increasing, mktshare improved...

expenses were not capitalized like CUC, remember even the rebates are supposed to be low, not re-shuffled as sales credits...

hey ... TLC is better than an internet stock, unlike yahoo or amzn with only 6m shares outstanding, TLC has 107 m!!!

but I forgot...TLC will only be able to use 79 m as o/s when they
they report. don't you feel better????

your shares are now double what you paid , and mgmt has tripled it's stock options, on paper anyway...

I know, I know....he alone was able to do what no one or nothing else could <gg>. Just when we thought we were hopelessly stalled he shows up in a nick of time. Perhaps the market senses the desperation of the shorts every time they start whining.
