Doug, 'Fess up. You must have accumulated enough to require you to file an SEC Fm 3! BTW, KPBS (public radio) here in San Diego has been covering the FPA story this week. My wife says today's report called attention to the possibility of enforcement action against management (not clear if this meant former or present) based on past allegedly false disclosures. I assume we'll see a further drop if SEC brings an action against present management. r/s Ben
