>>Maybe this is why HotMetal is up for sale.

No...HoTMetaL Pro 4.0 is only one [and key] part to SoftQuad,Inc...HMAPPS [burgeoning/consolidating application serve market]/Power Pack/ISP-IPP Power Partner Program, [CDWEB] and the pending XMetaL product unequivocally establishes a substantial present value on this business unit...of which, is currently a drag on softquadintl.com cash flow/earnings [at this time], however, again and significantly, also represents significant present/shareholder value...in our opinion.

>>HotMetal is #4 in WYSIWYG [per IC Research, 2/98]

HoTMetal PRO is #2 in WYSIWYG worldwide [per SoftQuad, 5/21/98].

Larrycon--any thoughts regarding recent
strength in ODIS, the chart is really looking
nice. Also, thoughts on DOCSF?--it has been
trending down lately.

Of course my pick is pretty steady at a buck with
no volume--but I'm not asking you about SoftQuad
--we pretty much know how you feel about our baby;-)

**OFF TOPIC
I wonder about one of your favorites, MACR, I've
followed it, traded it a couple times, but have
been out all through this last run. Are you buying
it anymore, or taking profits? I have to say, I was
once whisked off to a website which was drowning in
really gaudy shock and/or flash, it was so obnoxious
it really turned me off to macr, but maybe I have got
it all wrong?
