John,

Its pretty much a no-brainer that Alya is under accumulation at these levels.

It will be VERY interesting to see the stats you compile. Thanks for your all your hard work.

Further evidence of accumulation, despite weak price. (check #1309) for methodology and warnings....

7/9/98 .94 -8,200 (cumulative net, since start)
7/10/98 .90 -36,100
7/13/98 .88 -63,400
7/14/98 .81 -54,400 (daily positive, despite price drop)
7/15/98 .80 -39,000 (another daily positive)

Adding yesterday's and today's information -- remember that the right hand column is *net* since the beginning of the computation:

7/16/98 .83 -29,400
7/17/98 .81 +37,600 (a striking increase)

Thus, although the share price has fallen by 13.8%, the net "DAV>5,000" accumulation is *up* 37,600 shares.

My interpretation: serious accumulation by institutions (or at least relatively larger buyers) with price dropping indicates a buying opportunity.

I remain long.
