Regarding their relationship with MatriDigm:

They have been reviewing MatriDigm for 2 years. Until now, they did not believe that MatriDigm was up to snuff.

They recently did commercial work with MatriDigm. They provide a very good solution.

With MatriDigm, Viasoft and numerous other vendors available to us we can steer our backlog down the right path.

When asked to be more specific about the relationship with MatriDigm, they said that they would not elaborate because they have to be careful not to impact any partner's leverage.

When asked "would it be safe to say that you are happy with the MatriDigm relationship" they said "yes, it would be safe to say that."
