I agree also in that DAY cannot survive operating at the margin of losses they have been incurring, especially with all of their debt.

...and what about surviving when they lose the appeals they "believe" they should win. Then there's the other liability I believe they've opened themselves up to in their misleading and erroneous press release on 7/13/98. As a shareholder of MDIN, I'd like to sue them personally. Am I able to do that Gary?
