>>I have heard also that the date mentioned is correct and also that the offering will be for 3.2 million shares to be priced between $10 to $12 per share with 480,000 shares for overallotment. I was told this can be confirmed from DJ Federal Filing.<<

Hmmm, sounds about right and with the over allotment 3.6M shares at 12 would bring the company the 40M it wants + about 3.2M left for the underwriters. Makes sense.

If the date is correct, and it makes sense that they would want to do the IPO asap in theis Internet climate, then TSQD is likely to start moving a good bit higher very soon. Volume and price have been picking up the last few days, probably in anticipation. I expect it will continue. I have been buying today.

TSQD SKYROCKET? I would guess that the $10-12 price range for the Digital River IPO is "preliminary" at this time, and I would not be surprised if the IPO price is lifted to the $18-21 range prior to the actual offering. IMO, Digital River could be one of the hottest E-COMMERCE-INTERNET IPO's of the year, considering the 3 outstanding underwriters that will be doing the deal, and the bright prospects for on-line distribution of software, which could eventually become the PREFERRED method of software purchase, and under these circumstances, the potential market for Digital River, which has proprietary secure encryption technology for electronic downloading, could be in the billions! Can anyone tell me what TSQD could be trading for if Digital River explodes in the aftermarket and trades at $45?
