Somewhat off topic....

Last I heard Clinton promised to sign the IRS reform bill, which, among other things, reduced the long-term capital gains to 20% on equities held at least 12 months. Is that now a done deal?

on the topic of VSAT, I wonder who is manipulating the stock today. We have 900 shares traded already in an hour. The MM on this stock must be as lonely as the Maytag guy.
