SI is the centre and the major portion of the stock discussion universe.

Maybe Nasdaq777 has some respect for that fact.

Disclaimer: I have a relationship with SI, to wit: I post here.

hey.....good news...I found something about EDII to post....LOL

SALE OF 200,000 SHARES OF RESTRICTED STOCK by Daniel was to a
consulting firm for EDII. It's that simple. It was actually a trading hands transaction, not a sell. It has to be listed as a "sell" to the SEC. Wonderful that new shares weren't issued for this purpose, so no new dilution. The shares are still restricted, and the beginning of the 2 year restriction to be able to sell, started again at the date of the transaction. Raymond Hartress was with the OLD Pitts and Spits. He hasn't sold any of his shares for 1 1/2 years, and taken minimal salary from the company for his efforts in that time. He filed to sell and sold 100,000 shares for personal reasons. Who can blame him?? He still holds 600,000 shares of EDII. Brian Rodriguez was also with the OLD Pitts and Spitts. He has not been with the company for 2 years. He sold 25,000 shares because the restriction on the shares was over. What's the issue here? People can't sell some shares of the company you own? Nobody here is selling out! I hope this helps somebody!
