Eric, Your view seems to be in conflict with many others on the board. I have seen it posted (many times) that MTEI acquired the land in question for 50 MM restricted shares. That was the "fact" that confused me. #reply-5203179 asked the question of how the land was paid for.... Turboe said "with the 50MM shares" #reply-5202767 ... as did Gump...... #reply-5203179 I am not trying to imply that ICVI still controls this company, unless they sold them the land. Whoever the mystery landholders are seem to be the ones with the majority of the stock. Unless you will argue they got the land for free somehow.
