FYI Everybody: According to the letter from Morgan to Riley, "I am authorizing you to send this Stockholder letter to any RMIL shareholder you know. I will be mailing out the letter to all shareholders during the next two weeks." I know of at least two shareholders who have not received this letter. It appears that RMIL is not sending it to "All shareholders" but using Riley and this thread as a distribution channel. I can not participate in this offer. Of particular concern is the paragraph c. Each shareholder must sign an agreement to hold their current shares for a minimum of 90 days from the day that the Company resumes trading. RMIL will have a 90 day window within which they will be free to dump as many shares as they please. Unless the company and its principals agree to not sell any shares during this 90 day window, takers of this offer are setting themselves up to be skewered.
