Hi Bob,

Is this 20% more than previous model ASP? My understanding is that 5010 is 20% more productive for stepper and that pricing is proportional. Initial rumors of 2x price are proving unfounded. Better accuracy and precision of dose delivered is additional benefit for 5010.

PS-All lasers are still under warranty from reports of my contacts at SEMICON. No service revenue stream yet.
