SOROS -- RE Zitel Earnings (Losses) Since August 15th is on a Saturday they usually extend the date to the next business date which is August 17th. It is a 45 day rule from close of quarter.

What this says to me IMHO, is that the news is very bleak and if they can delay the news as long as possible so that they can report some subsequent news, if any, that will detract from the financial condition of of Zitel.

Tells me they may be having a hard time finding an accounting firm to close their quarterly reports out, due to not having any money to pay them for their work!

Hank
P.S.-Seriously, the delay is not good news for the longs!

Hello Soros:
The failure to announce when earnings will be announced is an irregular poor management practice. It borders on the criminal and in fact leaves the door wide open to advantageous manipulations and announcement by insiders. Good companies do not behave so badly toward there shareholders. Uncertainty is risk, risk is a discount. Who would want that unless there was a way to selectively favor certain interests with capricious earnings announcements. Bad form. Bad management. And that is Zitel through and through. The earnings content is fairly immaterial-- it will be as dismal as in the past--Zitel management is not running a going concern -- just a stock market gimmickery.
Best regards,
m
