Forget about the poison pill ..they're useless. With 4.1 million churned today i think we're seeing an interesting mix of short covering (small squeeze--finally), momentum losers as we probably set off every alarm bell known to man yesterday, and the continuation of the buyer accumulating majority. It should be over soon, the real question is should we sell now and go home with something or wait to see who it is?

Raymond,

I believe the number was $75/share. Part of the shareholders "rights" document adopted by the board. Considering the paltry number of shares owned by the board and the officers, it wouldn't take too many more days like today for a controlling interest to be established. bp
