I think it was metioned before the 750M is restricted. The CEO said they are to be used for aquisitions. Hope this helps.

Yes, Issued and Outstanding are the same thing.

I would assume if the float is 170 million then the Outstanding would be higher and the Authorized even higher.

Where can I find this info? Is there anyone on the thread I might be able to PM?
