It is interesting seeing both viewpoints, and I appreciate the due diligence of both parties. As far as someone competing against a former employer that happens everyday in corporate america and is not illegal if there is no non compete clause. I would be careful saying there is a "definite guilty verdict here". Everyone should make up there on mind on the case and let's continue to post facts. Prefstocks, i tried to verify all the "facts" you posted concerning aeti, secured and mr. miller personally. While I have not completed my dd, it does appear that the synopsis u gave is accurate. Mr. Miller definitely has many lawsuits against his company and him personally for "alleged" wrongdoing.
