No, you need to go back to read the complaints again.
Most people are not complaining about order routing.
They are talking about order processing delay.
Recently, during the first hour of trading, it takes
5 to 15 minutes for orders to show up in Datek's
system (open orders screen). You enter an order,
then you check the open orders screen and you
see nothing. Is that scary? After it becomes an
open order, then it's up to the ISLD to handle.

Another problem is the stop order don't get activation.
If you call them, you get the same story again.
Datek's system is always working flawlessly.

Conclusion, Datek is the best online web-browser
based brokerage firm for investors who don't enter
orders between 9:20AM to 10:30AM.

regards,

J.D.

Michael, can you just briefly tell me what "SelectNet, SuperDot and SOES" are? I am under the impression that SOES is like ISLD, a trading conduit in NASDAQ. Is that the case?

Thanks
