What would this alleged scam consist of? Can you give examples of this? Perhaps you have not followed this story for very long and have been reading some of the more "creative" posts here and elsewhere from naysayers and have believed these to be facts! The Crystallex story likely has a few more chapters to go and I doubt that ANYBODY can predict the end! Who knows, there might even a Book 2 and a Book 3 and.... As far as lawyers go, they are the ONLY ones that will make any money from lawsuits. Unfortunate to see shareholders that lost money in a speculation turn around and lose even more money.
