I do not know all the fine legal details. My scam comment is strictly based on the hype and promotion perpetuated by people like Bishop, Grandich, Carson, Charters, Marc O, etc. I am sure I don't need to tell you the hidden agenda of all these "superheros". I.e. buy low and then pump and dump. Most posts on SH and some on here were almost organized and fanatical. Can you honestly say Grandich, Bishop, and Carson did not hype KRY and are not now making excuses left and right? I am not fond of lawyers and unfortunately, lawyers will be by far the biggest winners no matter which side wins in any class action lawsuit. For those who were lied to and have lost big time, class action lawsuit costs them nothing as their lawyers will charge their typical contingency fee of upto 40%. The only shareholders who will be hurt by the class action suit are those who are still in and believe in miracles.
