Doug, I agree. Likely price will not drop if only former management is named. Of course nobody's going to comment on anything like that and I'm completely clueless as to culpability of current management, if any. My guess as to Dresnick is that he had no role in faking any earnings data (given the time frames alleged by the class attorneys). As to west coast operations, the most recent news I've seen was in the San Diego Union Tribune Business section last weekend. Basically, that dozens of CA, NV and AZ unprofitable operations were being curtailed or shuttered. Nothing specific about locations or whether this were ER's, practices or whatever. Article not very informative, so I did not report here. r/s Ben
