That could be exactly what the person is, an investor. By nature an investor has to take on some degree of risk. Say he gives a $5 million loan that is collateralized by $2 million in stock, but if it works out he ends up with stock worth a hell of a lot more that that. Also, this investor (if private placement) could be privy to information that we are not.

According to your posts (#1998 for example) YOU are no longer a shareholder. Your money is "Back in the Bank"!! You posted this last statement a few times (the latest only a few days ago), so why the continued interest and posting of negative inferences, if you don't mind me asking? After all, you aren't a shareholder any longer. If you truly are interested in becoming a shareholder again, you could try calling the Company directly as you apparently choose to ignore the answers that have been given you by others. Perhaps you you could even talk to Mr. Gordon directly and ask him your questions. Why don't you?
