The proposed offering price is $26.35, $2 more than current trade. www1.freeedgar.com so, they're proposing to offer 1.8 million shares at $26.35, and it's trading at $24.35. obviously, the underwriter believes the stock price offering is worth more than the market is currently pricing it at. generally speaking, with such an offering so close to earnings, it is probable earnings are going to be well received; especially with an offering above the current market price there is a bottom cupping on the 15 min oscil commodity channel at currently at -200, well oversold condition
