A lot of company have sky rocket stock price, but the product is not tested at all. The only software company I believe is MS, other than that, no one is really tested. Obviously you haven't encountered the blue and <shudder> black screens of death...thanks to the well "tested" MSFT. If you've never had a GPF, you haven't lived! :) As with any PC related, as the saying goes "shit happens." AOL is used everyday by thousands of members - millions of e-mails, IM's, and page views get processed everyday. Most days it goes without a glitch, other times it doesn't. And when it doesn't, we always have our bear friends to let us know... S.
