I've been attempting to rationalize what has happened to the stock price in the last few weeks and now hold this view.

I believe the shorts may have had some impact on the stock price but I do not think that was the full story. In conjunction with the shorts many weak holders of Alya have sold. Alya has had quite a runup from $0.50 to $1.65 and I cannot blame some folks for selling.

Unlike some of you I bought in with an average price of $0.62 and am ahead. Yes, it was tempting to sell at $1.65 but I did not because of this little company's great potential.

For those of you under water I understand your frustration but consider this question:

Ask yourself why you originally bought Alya and then ask yourself what has changed. Has the story changed? Has the price the market has valued the company changed?

We are now in another stage of development both in terms of the company's prospects and stock price appreciation. This position allows us to build a more solid base of well informed, intelligent, long term holders. I would not be surprised if we were being scrutinized by some fund managers at this point given the amount of positive press releases since May.

Happy investing,
